These terms of service govern your use of IPTV Channels Ireland and our streaming services. By placing an order, requesting a free trial, or using our website, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing any subscription plan.

2. The Service and Ordering

  • Service Description: We provide access to live channels and on-demand films and series, streamed over your own internet connection to compatible devices using third-party apps.
  • Subscription Plans: Plans are available for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, supporting 1 to 4 devices simultaneously. Prices are listed in Euros on our pricing page and are paid once per plan.
  • Ordering Process: You choose a plan and initiate your order via our website form, which opens WhatsApp with your details. Login credentials or portal links are sent via WhatsApp or email following payment.
  • Payments and Renewal: Payment methods include Revolut and IBAN transfer, with card and PayPal payments available subject to availability. There is no automatic renewal: your plan simply ends on its last day, and you place a new order whenever you want to continue.
  • Free Trial: A 24-hour free trial is available for one device, requires no payment details, and ends automatically.

3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Right of Withdrawal

  • Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date your subscription is activated. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days, back to the payment method you used.
  • What the Refund Policy Does Not Cover: We supply the IPTV playlist and login details only; we do not supply or activate any third-party application. Refunds are therefore not given where you decline to activate the app on your device, or where your internet provider blocks the service.
  • Your Statutory Rights: This 7-day refund policy is in addition to, and does not replace, the rights you have under Irish and EU consumer law, including the right of withdrawal set out below.
  • Right of Withdrawal: As a distance contract with consumers in Ireland, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Irish consumer law. However, because our digital streaming service begins immediately, you expressly request that the service starts during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of cancellation once the service is fully provided.
  • Confirmation: This request and acknowledgement are confirmed directly on WhatsApp before we issue your login details.

4. Account Use and Responsibilities

  • Device Limits and Sharing: Login details are strictly for your own household and the specific number of devices included in your subscription plan. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing account details beyond your plan limits is not permitted, and accounts may be suspended.
  • Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection, using a compatible device and app, and complying with all applicable laws in Ireland while using the service.

5. Service Availability and Performance

  • Content Changes: Live channels, films, and series may change or update over time. We do not guarantee that any specific channel, programme, match, or event will remain available.
  • Quality and Performance: Picture quality depends on your broadband speed, device capability, and chosen app.
  • Maintenance: Periodic maintenance or technical interruptions may occur. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist with technical issues.

6. General Provisions and Governing Law

  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited only to the maximum extent permitted under Irish law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Changes to Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page along with the revision date.
